Job Description:

As a seasoned culinary leader, you will spearhead our award-winning kitchen team at The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise quality and safety in all aspects of food preparation, adhering to strict health and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and implement creative menu plans that balance innovation with cost control and customer preferences.
  • Lead a high-performing team by setting standards, promoting teamwork, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations, meeting the highest expectations of our guests.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Hold a recognised culinary qualification and knowledge/experience of managing HACCP procedures.
