**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable SpecialistRole OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Specialist position is a key role within the Property Management team. This individual will be responsible for managing high-volume bank accounts for residential lettings and commercial property management portfolios.Main Responsibilities
  • Treasury Administration: Manage high-volume bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Daily reconcilements from bank to Yardi accounting system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Aged Debt Management: Resolve arrears, manage month-end reporting KPIs, and comply with finance close on AR function.
  • Query Resolution: Engage with tenants, clients, colleagues as required, and assist Clients accounting teams with postings and payment to clients.
Systems in Operation
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate level or above.
  • Property Management accounts system – Yardi Voyager & Horizon Residential Receivables.
  • Property Management task management system – Salesforce.
  • Access Pay and various Banking online portals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing in a high-volume transactional department.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of full cycle and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in processing transactions as part of integrated accounting systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
  • Strong team player, builds relationships, and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility.
