Job Opportunity for Investment Funds Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced investment funds lawyer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have experience across asset management and investment funds matters, including UCITS, AIFs, REITs, exchange-traded funds, and money market funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert legal advice and solutions to clients;
  • Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers to deliver complex transactions and projects;
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds law from a respected practice in Ireland or the UK;
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of Irish and EU fund regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
