Senior Quality Manager Job Overview

This is a high-profile role that demands exceptional quality assurance skills and experience in project management. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Project Management: Lead project planning activities, develop project plans, and collaborate with teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and develop improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

Requirements and Qualifications: This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science and at least 5 years of experience in a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in quality management tools, strong project management skills, and proficiency in computer system applications. Manufacturing/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Black Belt is preferred, as well as Quality/Certified Quality Technician-ASQ (CQE or CQA) and ISO 13485/15378/9001 Auditor or Lead Auditor Training/Certification.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required per year.
