Job Description:

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot and repair complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites, ensuring that they are up and running efficiently.


Responsibilities:
  • Providing top-notch customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites
  • Representing the company to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
  • Coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. They should also have good practical skills in electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
