Lead Platform Development and Strategy

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the development and execution of our platform strategy.

This is a deeply technical and highly cross-functional role that requires a strong understanding of software development, architecture, and product management.

  • Own and scale the product platform, including identity, permissioning, billing, notifications, audit/event logging, and more
  • Define the platform vision and long-term roadmap, ensuring it meets the needs of product teams and customers at scale
  • Drive platform alignment across teams, shaping shared systems that accelerate development and improve consistency

As a key member of our product organization, you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to define platform strategy and drive major company-wide initiatives.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 15+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in platform or infrastructure-adjacent teams
  • Deep technical fluency — able to engage in architecture discussions, make system-level tradeoffs, and work closely with senior engineers
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms from SMB to Enterprise (e.g. identity systems, permissioning, internal tooling, extensible primitives)
