Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that The HEINEKEN Company maintains best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Site Environmental Pillar and advance it towards global TPM standards.
  • Serve as TPM Health & Safety Pillar Leader, driving key objectives.
  • Proactively manage compliance with the EPA Industrial Emissions License (License to Operate).
