Retail Operations Director

The role of a Store Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage and develop staff, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, monitoring sales performance, and controlling costs. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements- A leaving certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with retail systems and processes

- €64,500 rising to €82,500 after 3 years
- Company car or car allowance
- 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
