At Icds Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in a medium/high volume mechanical/manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AND PROVIDING PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING PRODUCTS
  • DEFINING AND VALIDATING MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR UPGRADE PRODUCTS OR NEW PRODUCTS
  • SUPPORTING MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY JIGS, FIXTURES AND PURPOSE-BUILT TEST EQUIPMENT
  • PROCESS ANALYSIS AND PRODUCT QUALITY REPORTING

The successful applicant will be able to work closely with other Engineers and Production Staff to drive quality standards and improvements.

  • GOOD CAN DO ATTITUDE AND ABILITY TO WORK WELL IN A TEAM
  • HANDS-ON ABILITY

  • EXPERIENCE WITH PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF SIX SIGMA TOOLS, INCLUDING STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL, GAUGE STUDIES & PROCESS CAPABILITY
  • EXPERIENCE IN USE OF EXCEL AND RELATED BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TOOLS FOR DATA ANALYSIS
