Key Responsibilities:

- Leading, inspiring, and mentoring account teams.
- Overseeing the flawless execution of marketing strategies and experiential activations.
- Managing budgets, financial reporting, and profitability analysis for assigned accounts.
- Collaborating with internal creative, strategic, and execution teams.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and proactively advising clients.
- Participating in agency pitches.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management within experiential, events, or related fields.
- A proven track record of managing senior client relationships and driving business growth.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing substantial budgets.
- Passion for experiential marketing, brand activation, and emerging industry trends.
- A degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
