Job Summary

This Approved Centre's primary focus is on specialist inpatient care through a model of recovery and rehabilitation. We are seeking applications to join our multidisciplinary team within our growing Approved Centre, where you will provide care to people who avail of our service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe management and administration of medications
  • Support the delivery of effective front-line support to all Service Users
  • Ensure that all Health Action Plans are delivered appropriately to all Service Users
  • Promote good relationships with primary health care services in each individual's community

You will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to identify supports and work in partnership with the individual, their family and other supports as outlined within individual Personal Plans.

Skills Requirement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be registered on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Medication Management
  • An understanding of the needs of individuals

You will also require experience in nursing in a similar psychiatric field, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
