Cider Brand Manager

This is a key role in our business, responsible for managing and developing a leading cider brand. The successful candidate will be able to construct, execute, and evaluate annual brand plans that drive growth with both consumers and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver strategic brand plans for defined brands across the market.
- Target key markets and demographics to achieve strategic gains and brand growth.
- Plan resource deployment across markets and marketing channels to support, develop, and grow set targets for those brands.
- Work closely with Consumer & Category Insight teams, Finance, and Sales teams to understand commercial performance and recommend remedial action as required.
- Manage the development and delivery of product/packaging and all brand materials to maximise visibility and impact across sales channels.
- Ensure strategy delivers financial return which meets or exceeds targets as agreed with stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of brand development and marketing principles.
