  • Collaborate with the site team and subcontractors to ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a Site Engineer in the residential construction industry
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage a site team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required
