Desktop Support Professional Opportunity

The role of Desktop Support Specialist is a crucial position in our organization, responsible for providing expert support and assistance to employees with their desktop computers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first- and second-level helpdesk support onsite and remotely
  • Monitoring the service desk queue to ensure timely response to employee inquiries
  • Installation, configuration, and support of PCs running Windows 10 and 11
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on PCs and printers
  • Managing assets and determining the proper escalation path for non-resolved issues


Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in deskside support in a corporate IT environment
  • A degree or technical certification in IT or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, and MS Teams
  • PC and laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Mobile devices and mobile OS knowledge
  • Active Directory and TCP/IP network expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
