Social Care Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care to young people.


Job Overview:

The Social Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the care delivered meets company policies and procedures, as well as national regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for young people's development.
  • Leading a team of staff who deliver care to young people.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor or MA/MSc in Social Care, Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Work, or related Social Care Qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience working with young people, preferably with a level 8 degree.
  • Familiarity with Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
