As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist, you will have:

  • Qualifications 7-9 years of voice/digital experience
  • Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and software automation
  • Familiar with web, telephony, and data communication protocols (HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDP)

You will work closely with the client to achieve the following objectives:

  1. To implement Docker, CI/CD pipelines (uDeploy, Ansible), and Linux systems
  2. To maintain softphone software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  3. To ensure system backups, reboots, and documentation are completed efficiently
  4. To provide effective troubleshooting, unit testing, QA, and UAT support

This is a mid-senior level position that requires expertise in VoIP, SIP, and data networking. If you have a strong background in these areas, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
