Barista Role

This position is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Barista. As the face of the business, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for customers and delivering exceptional service.

A successful Barista will have strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a calm demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for promoting the culture and values of the business, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store and its equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality beverages and food products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide assistance when required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
