Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our team at TN Ireland, a well-established restaurant and café based in County Meath. Our establishment offers a warm and inviting dining experience, seating over 70 guests indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing high-quality dishes using locally sourced Irish ingredients. They will be responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste.

The Chef will also develop and refine menu offerings, including seasonal and special event menus. Additionally, they will maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, overseeing food preparation processes and supporting junior kitchen staff.

To be successful in this role, the Chef must have proven experience in a similar setting, with strong knowledge of Irish cuisine and fresh, local ingredients. They should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen and possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
