Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Senior Fund Accountant to join our Catalyst Labs team. In this role, you will work closely with our investment manager clients to deliver high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately calculate the NAV for a portfolio of complex investment funds.
  2. Collaborate with investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians to process transactions and prepare NAV reports.
  3. Reconcile cash and asset/liability balances with investment managers and custodians.
  4. Provide independent pricing support as needed.
  5. Validate partner/shareholder allocation calculations and ensure accuracy of management and incentive fee calculations.
  6. Schedule and distribute Estimated and Final NAV reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably with complex securities and derivatives products.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
