Job Title: Roofer

As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to tenants within domestic properties. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with materials and workmanship schedules.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contract administrators, and head office staff to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture additional work and communicate it to relevant personnel using our company's PDA system.
  • Ensure target dates are met and compliance is maintained with allocated timeframes.
  • Assist in the training of apprentices as required.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a reputable company.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry legislation and standards.
  • Valid Full & Clean UK driving license and CSR Card.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
