Aquatic Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team.

• Instruct and coach individuals and groups in swimming and aquatic activities.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, monitor participants, and provide corrective feedback.
• Explain and enforce safety rules within the Leisure Centre.
• Plan lessons, select activities, and tailor routines to meet participant goals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Swim Instructor in a Leisure Centre or Gym.
• Fully qualified and certified Swim Teacher - Level 1-2 (Certificate up-to-date).
• Valid Lifeguard certification.
• Certified in Occupational First Aid (Certificate up-to-date).
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
