  • Collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert consultation and support.
  • Implement and manage advanced queues and call routing logic.
  • Design and implement callback features.
  • Support Cloud Contact Centre to leverage AI-powered insights.
  • Utilize APIs to integrate contact centre solution with various applications.
  • Develop documentation.
  • Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Voice infrastructure.
  • Act as Project Leader.
  • Provide training and technical mentoring.
  • Support voice platforms.
  • Drive automation and innovation.
  • Manage voice platform ITSM processes.
  • Serve as liaison for cross-functional team activities.
  • Ensure compliance of data protection requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in contact centres desired.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
  • A degree or relevant work experience preferred.
