The Accommodation Supervisor role is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As a vital member of our hotel team, this individual plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.

Job Overview:

This leadership position involves supervising accommodation staff, overseeing inventory management, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role. Excellent attention to detail, commitment to maintaining high standards, and good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of accommodation staff to ensure efficient room allocation and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, cleaning schedules, and guest feedback
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
