We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to lead a team of social care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled leader who can provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework or equivalent in Health or Social Care or a relevant professional discipline.
  • At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
  • Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
  • Proficient IT skills relevant to the role including Microsoft Office Excel Word SharePoint OneDrive & Teams.
  • A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
