About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Building Information Modelling (BIM) expert to spearhead our team's technical efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and apply their expertise in creating, updating, and coordinating 3D BIM models.

  • Create detailed, accurate, and consistent 3D BIM models that adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and managers to resolve design conflicts, conduct clash detection, and ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive BIM execution plans, guidelines, and best practices while auditing models for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain precise BIM documentation, provide regular progress updates, and support 4D/5D modelling for scheduling and cost estimation.
  • Train teams on BIM tools, manage data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain version control of models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in BIM roles within construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM project management tools; expertise in 3D modelling and clash detection.
  • In-depth understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration within BIM workflows.
  • Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail in modelling, documentation, and coordination.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, collaborating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
