We are seeking experienced Health Care Coordinators to join our team in a specialist role that requires strong organisation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage home care schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Liaise with care staff, clients, and families to deliver the best possible care experience
  • Utilise One Touch System software for scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Respond to staffing challenges with a proactive approach
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Care Coordinator in the home care sector is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of One Touch System software is preferred
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €35-40k DOE (paid bi-weekly or monthly)
  • Office-based role in Meath/West Meath (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week)
  • Annual Leave: 21 days per year (including Good Friday)
  • Tax-Free Bonus: €1,000 paid in December each year
  • Salary Review: Annual salary review with performance-based increases
  • Referral Bonus: Earn €500 for every new care staff successfully hired
