The Role

We are looking for a skilled Regulatory Reporting Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and hardware upgrades.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2 support for Windows-based user systems, including managing user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across laptops, mobile devices, and internal network.
  • Assist in the support of Office/Microsoft 365 and basic Azure services.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and hardware upgrades.
  • Suggest and assist in the implementation of IT security and efficiency improvements.
  • Track, update, and manage IT hardware inventory, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and well-maintained.
  • Patch Management.
  • Assist with IT Security Awareness training initiatives and Inductions.
  • Assist with periodic audits related to ISO27001 and DORA.
  • Hardware and software procurement.
  • Laptop build and deployment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support in a Windows environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office/Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of basic networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure/AWS with experience in user and service management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+ or Microsoft Certified.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and security focused.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective documentation skills with the ability to create & maintain knowledge base articles.
  • 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related field.
  • AWS Certifications.
  • Microsoft Intune deployment and MDM.
  • Evidence of continuous learning.
  • Exposure to ISO27001 and DORA.
