Job Summary:

  • A highly skilled Utilities Engineer is required to ensure the smooth operation of utility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all systems are compliant with regulatory requirements, including quality, EHS, and global engineering directives. This will involve developing user requirements for new equipment and modifications to existing equipment and systems, as well as performing root-cause failure analysis and minimizing unscheduled equipment downtime.

The Utilities Engineer will also be responsible for reviewing and updating CMMS data, calibration data sheets, spare parts requirements, PMs, PdMs, job plans, etc., to ensure that all maintenance schedules are designed to deliver cost-effective, efficient, reliability-based maintenance programmes and maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a maintenance engineering or utilities role and hold a minimum of a Level 8 B.Eng. qualification in an engineering discipline.
