- 8+ years experience in data protection or related functions, with managing risk assessments
- Experience advising stakeholders on data protection issues
- Degree in law, data protection, business, security, or related field preferred; professional certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM preferred
- Understanding of AI, security concepts, and data protection obligations
- Knowledge of contractual arrangements and data transfer agreements
- Problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of privacy by design and data ethics principles
- Ability to work independently and in teams
