  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, and control panels.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in workshops to enhance technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical Trade Qualification: Minimum 1 year's experience in electrical maintenance or related field, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical issues.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift rotation and on-call weeks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
