  • Ensure consistent presentation standards across all areas of the establishment.">
  • Follow cash handling procedures and utilize point-of-sale systems like Micros for efficient billing and payments.">
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders, manage table settings, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.">
  • Adhere to hotel key standards and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.">
  • Lead and supervise the bar and restaurant team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.">
