About The Role

The Digital Content Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our Marketplace standards across our family of brands, providing timely updates and content validation to valued vendors and internal stakeholders.

This entry-level position is essential for those looking to break into marketing, content writing, and content management roles. As a Content Administrator, your day will be varied, including scheduled tasks focused on processing and updating content, as well as requesting writing updates from our Content Writers.

As part of the team, you will participate in ad-hoc projects reviewing and updating elements of our onsite marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing photos and images provided by Vendors, Venues, and Suppliers to ensure they meet our guidelines;
  • Searching for content to complete Storefronts and editing photos;
  • Performing qualitative tasks within our admin system to accept or deny content changes made by clients;
  • Processing and validating 'Real Wedding' content on site;
  • Creating and publishing Google Ads for vendors on site;
  • Troubleshooting opportunity areas and coming up with solutions to streamline processes;
  • Communicating with clients through email about any changes made to their storefronts;
