Insurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our Personal Lines team in Donegal town. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls, managing the sales process for new prospects, and dealing with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls too.
  • Managing the sales process for new prospects
  • Deal with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat.
  • Offer the complete range of insurance products – car, van, motor, house, farm and more

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in sales or tele-sales, strong organizational skills.
  • Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration, are highly valued.
  • The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced office environment and possess a sales-driven mentality while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
