Job Description

We are seeking an International Tax Manager to join our corporate tax department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients.

Your client portfolio will consist of clients with global/international operations across various industries, including life sciences, technology, real estate, and retail.

You will take responsibility for:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice.
  • Advising on business structures, cross-border expansions, financings, and refinancings.
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries, including cross-border cases.
  • Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration.
  • Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future.
  • Managing the delivery of corporate tax returns and advising on related planning opportunities.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
