Job Title: HSE Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies across power-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor environmental impact and ensure sustainability goals are met.
  • Provide expert guidance to site teams on all HSE matters.
  • Deliver targeted training programs for high-risk activities.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Health & Safety or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on Power Infrastructure Projects (transmission, distribution including substations).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good IT skills with attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach and proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly regulated environments.
