Regulatory Risk Management Opportunity

The role is embedded within the Regulatory Interpretation workstream of the Enterprise Internal Ratings Based (IRB) Programme.

The primary objective of the IRB Programme is to deliver a comprehensive infrastructure and model suite, ensuring regulatory compliance, capital management, and enhanced business decision making.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRB regulatory requirements, leveraging both programme and Group compliance processes.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory matters to IRB programme colleagues.
  • Develop knowledge of internal IRB control environment to provide guidance on controls required to mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Attend various forums to provide input on proposals, ensuring decision points are adequately evidenced.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of facilitating collaboration among colleagues to achieve optimal solutions. They will demonstrate willingness to expand their role, given its broader enterprise focus.
