We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and a high-performing team.
- Become a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain stock accuracy.
- Act as a role model for world-class customer service, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prior retail management experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and people management skills are required.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and analyse sales figures daily.
- A passion for our products and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
