About the Role:
The Head of Psychology will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychology services to children and adults with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years full-time relevant post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate clinical, leadership, managerial, and administrative expertise.
- Depth and breadth of experience in working with individuals with disability, autism, and neurodiversity.
- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology.
