Job Title: Senior Quality Control Analyst.

A leading Big Pharma organisation is seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all tests assigned by the supervisor, reviewing documents as needed, providing training to incoming analysts, and upholding laboratory practices and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all tests accurately and on time as assigned by supervisor.
- Check and review documents as required.
- Provide up-to-date training to incoming QC analysts.
- Read, understand, and sign all standard procedures and instructions before any tests.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper working order.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area and adherence to good laboratory practices.
- Follow organisational guidelines for health & safety and hygiene.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Forensic Science.
- 5+ years' of work experience in a Quality Control position or similar relevant experience.
- Strong technical proficiency and close attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and self-discipline, able to use own initiative to problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
