We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the administration of structured finance and capital markets transactions.
Responsibilities- Manage daily administration of capital markets transactions, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Act as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Review and comment on legal and transactional documents, applying expertise and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and controls.
- Handle closings, cash flow processing, billing, and reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing insights.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with focus on finance, business, or related field.
