Job Title: Procurement Specialist
About the RoleThis role involves supporting strategic projects and operational objectives.
- You will work closely with senior functional and operational stakeholders to develop and implement global supply and sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing categories, including IFM/Utilities, Direct Materials/Components, Capital Equipment, MRO, Laboratory and Automation, IT and Business services.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting negotiations, leading RFx for goods and services within scope.
Key Responsibilities- Manage categories such as IFM/Utilities, Direct Materials/Components, Capital Equipment, MRO, Laboratory and Automation, IT and Business services.
- Support senior stakeholders in developing and implementing global supply and sourcing strategies.
- Plan and conduct negotiations, leading RFx for goods and services within scope.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or Business (Master's degree in Business Administration or Certified Professional in Supply Management preferred).
5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain/procurement for manufacturing sites.
3-5 years of procurement experience, including setting up and managing supplier contracts.
Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
A strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
Experience with negotiation and contract management.
