The Role:
As a key member of our Consulting practice, we seek an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to join our Risk, Regulation and Governance team.
This pivotal role in the successful delivery of client engagements involves supporting business development efforts and contributing to the development of our people and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services regulation, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior management in leading and delivering high-quality engagements as a key day-to-day contact for clients.
- Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent communication, proactive issue resolution, and understanding their regulatory needs.
- Taking ownership of discrete workstreams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Preparing reports and supporting documentation – making oral presentations of findings/recommendations to client management teams.
Requirements:
- A third-level degree, preferably with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services (e.g., banking) or professional services.
