Procurement Planner Part Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Planner, working part time in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing build plans to inform purchasing decisions, negotiating best prices and lead times with suppliers, expediting material deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be closely monitored to ensure continuous supply of materials and optimal cost reduction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and experience working in a GMP/Medical Device environment.

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled individual with excellent influencing and negotiation skills, who can work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in a professional buying position along with experience in material management.
  • Experience working in a GMP/Medical Device environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
