About You

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management, and a minimum of 4+ years of experience in delivering projects within the life sciences industry.

A strong understanding of tendering, cost control, and contract management processes is essential. Your excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills will enable you to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, tenders, and contract documents for projects.
  • Evaluate tenders, negotiate with contractors, and manage the tender process from receipt to submission.
  • Analyze plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to estimate costs and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client representatives to support project activities and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Represent Tandem Project Management Limited at site meetings and report on project contingency, schedule risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in delivering projects within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, cost control, and contract management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
