
Medical Device Assembler

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Device Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting parts in the manufacture of medical devices products.
The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high levels of quality and productivity by adhering to all relevant SOPs and meeting pre-determined internal quality & productivity goals, KPIs and other related metrics.
- Ensuring adherence to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements relating to your work.
- Awareness of potential environmental impacts associated with your work and contributing to enhanced energy performance by conservation of energy where possible.
- Participating in OH&S, Environmental and Energy Management systems through participation and feedback/suggestions for improvement.
- Ensuring cleanroom, housekeeping & GMP requirements/ procedures are adhered to.
- Ensuring process control requirements are adhered to including first-piece inspection and timely adjustments.
- Highlighting and preventing product and process non-conformances.
- Participation in Customer Complaint investigation & resolution, plant Corrective Action & Continuous Process Improvement programmes, Internal Training Programme, and Internal Quality Audit Programme.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a GMP / cleanroom environment is highly desirable.
- Average levels of dexterity are required to perform the role.
- Integrity in all work completed is a must.
