Supervisory Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide direction and support to restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times.

You will work closely with the General Manager to maximize revenue, manage costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week over five shifts, including weekends.

  • The successful candidate will have:
    • At least one year's experience as a supervisor in a customer-facing role
    • Proven organizational skills and excellent communication skills
    • Possession of NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality or Leadership (desirable)
