- Maintain, repair, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems including air handling units, chillers, fire dampers, kitchen extract systems, and associated controls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to statutory and legislative requirements, health and safety regulations, appliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Support customers across Ireland and internationally.
- Evaluate risk and compliance concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, management, suppliers, and specialists to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards at all times.
- Pursue continuous professional development.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HVAC service technician role.
- Proven track record working on large commercial projects.
- Strong experience servicing and maintaining various HVAC equipment.
- Effective fault-finding and diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage assignments without supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with VSDs, motor starter controls, and a strong understanding of BMS systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Electrical and mechanical building services experience essential.
- Professional certifications in HVAC or refrigeration (highly desirable).
- Proficient in using PC-based tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Will to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
