As a Health Law Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing expert legal advice and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload primarily focused on Health Law claims, ensuring each case is handled with meticulous attention to detail and empathy for clients' circumstances.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing legal support and guidance during sensitive periods in their lives, building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by participating in marketing activities, training sessions, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different teams to identify opportunities for joint efforts that enhance service delivery within the Healthcare Sector.
Requirements
  • A qualified solicitor registered in Ireland with ideally 3-5 years post-qualification experience specifically within Plaintiff Health Law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical negligence cases is essential for success in this position.
  • Experience handling Inquests is advantageous but not mandatory for consideration.
  • Proficiency using alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation or negotiation is highly valued.
