Job Title: Key MES Solutions Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled developer to deliver, support and enhance Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for leading life sciences manufacturers.

  • Deliver Syncade projects: installation, configuration, testing, validation and go-live support
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize MES performance
  • Ensure compliance with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
  • Mentor junior developers as the team grows

Requirements:

We require hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment Tracking

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL and system integrations
  • Understanding of MESDeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systems
  • Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
