About the Role

The Tax Analyst is at the forefront of international withholding tax processing. This dynamic role involves ensuring team requests, recording and managing client tax documentation, and accurately identifying, processing and tracking opportunities for reducing withholding tax on behalf of a global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Take on assigned tasks from Team Leaders and Managers">
  • Process, scan, record, distribute and file large volumes of documentation received daily">
  • Review the work of others">
  • Provide training and control reporting as needed">
  • Handle complex queries and refer complicated issues to higher-level specialists or regional tax teams as needed">
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to general queries from clients, custodians and Relationship Managers">
  • Work closely with relevant contacts within the process scope to provide the best possible service, responding to queries and escalating as appropriate">
  • Be aware of all service level agreements in place">
  • Continuously meet and exceed client expectations and requirements">
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently to a high standard">
